User data deletion Instructions

At Harmony App, we respect your privacy and your right to manage your personal information. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted from our systems, please follow the instructions below:

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an Email Request
    Contact us at admin@harmony-surgery.com with the subject line «Request for Data Deletion».
  2. Include Necessary Information
    Clearly mention your registered email address and username associated with your Harmony App account.
  3. Confirmation and Deletion
    After verifying your request, we will confirm receipt and initiate the data deletion process.

Processing Time

We will process your request within a maximum period of 30 business days from the date we receive your email. You will be notified once your data has been successfully deleted.

Consequences of Data Deletion

Please note that once your data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to any services associated with your account.
